About the studio
A small studio in Ramnagar, making things that are meant to be kept
Craftsvilla Studio is a handmade resin art studio in Ramnagar, Gondia. We make the kind of things people hold on to — the Nikah Nama that goes on the wall of a new home, the nameplate by the front door, the coaster set that comes out when guests arrive, the keychain with someone's initial on it. Everything is made to order. There is no shelf of finished stock here, because the whole point is that your piece has your name, your date and the colours you picked. You send us the idea, we agree the details in writing, and then it is mixed, poured, cured and finished by hand. Resin does not behave the same way twice. The marbling flows a little differently on every pour and the gold leaf never lands in exactly the same place, which is why no two pieces that leave this studio are identical. We think that is the best thing about it.

Crystal-edged geode pours with heavy gold leaf and a high-gloss top coat. Best on larger wall pieces where the detail can be seen.

How it works
How a custom order works
Six steps from a WhatsApp message to a finished piece. Most of it is us checking details with you, and then waiting for the resin to cure.
Tell us the idea
Send a WhatsApp with what you want made, who it is for and the occasion. A screenshot or a photo of something you liked helps more than a paragraph.
Spelling & details
Give us the exact spelling of every name, the date if there is one, and any text that has to appear. We will type it back to you to check before anything is poured.
Size & finish
Pick a finish and a size. If you are matching a room or an existing piece, send a photo of it and we will work to that.
We confirm
You get the final design details and the price in writing, and we agree a date. Nothing starts until you say yes.
Poured and cured
The piece is poured by hand and then left to cure. Resin sets on its own schedule and cannot be rushed without ruining the finish — this is the part that takes the time.
Finished & handed over
Edges sanded, gold set, gloss coat on. We send you a photo before it leaves, then arrange pickup from Ramnagar or delivery.

Your names, your date and the verse you choose, set in resin with gold edging, preserved flowers and pearl detail. It is the piece we are asked for most, and the one that gets framed and kept.

Questions people ask us
What is resin art?
Resin art is made by mixing a liquid epoxy with pigments, gold leaf, dried flowers or other inclusions, pouring it into a mould or over a surface, and letting it cure into a hard, glass-clear finish. Because it is poured rather than printed, the marbling flows differently every single time — which is why a handmade resin piece cannot be mass produced and why no two are the same.
Can I get my own name, date or text on it?
That is the whole idea. Names, initials, a wedding or nikah date, a house name, a short line of text — tell us what you want and where you want it. We will send you the exact wording and spelling in writing to approve before we start, because once it is set in resin it cannot be changed.
Where exactly in Gondia are you?
Craftsvilla Studio is at Ramnagar Municipal School, behind the New Ramnagar Police Station, Ramnagar, Gondia, Maharashtra. Message us on WhatsApp before you come so we can make sure someone is there and have the finishes out for you to look at.
Do you deliver outside Gondia city?
Yes — tell us where you are and we will sort it out. We regularly send pieces around Gondia district, including Tirora, Goregaon, Amgaon, Deori, Salekasa, Arjuni Morgaon and Sadak Arjuni, and we can arrange courier further afield to Bhandara, Nagpur and Balaghat. Resin pieces are packed to travel, but anything with glass or a delicate gold edge is better collected from Ramnagar if you are nearby.
Do you take bulk orders for return gifts?
Yes. Coasters, keychains and small nameplates all work well as return gifts for weddings, nikah, walima, birthdays and corporate occasions, and they suit bulk because the same design is repeated. Send us the quantity, the date you need them by and what you want on them, and we will tell you what is realistic — bulk orders need more notice than a single piece because each one still has to cure.
How much does a piece cost?
There is no fixed price list, because nothing here is a standard product. The cost depends on the size, the finish, how much gold leaf and detail is in it, and how many you need. Send us the idea on WhatsApp and you will get a price in writing before you commit to anything.
How do I look after a resin piece?
Keep it out of long spells of direct sunlight — like all epoxy resin, it can warm and discolour over years of hard UV. Wipe it with a soft dry or barely damp cloth; skip scouring pads, thinners and strong cleaners. Do not leave it soaking in water. If you plan to put hot cups or dishes straight onto a coaster or tray, tell us when you order and we will advise on the right build for that piece.

Resin is poured and cured by hand, so colour, flow and gold-leaf placement vary slightly from piece to piece. That variation is what makes each one yours, and it is not a defect. Sizes, finishes and lead time for a custom order are confirmed in writing before we begin.
