How it works
Leaving it a bit late?
Tell us the date first, before anything else. Resin cure time is fixed and we would rather turn an order down than hand you something that has not set properly.
Tell us the idea
Send a WhatsApp with what you want made, who it is for and the occasion. A screenshot or a photo of something you liked helps more than a paragraph.
Spelling & details
Give us the exact spelling of every name, the date if there is one, and any text that has to appear. We will type it back to you to check before anything is poured.
Size & finish
Pick a finish and a size. If you are matching a room or an existing piece, send a photo of it and we will work to that.
We confirm
You get the final design details and the price in writing, and we agree a date. Nothing starts until you say yes.
Poured and cured
The piece is poured by hand and then left to cure. Resin sets on its own schedule and cannot be rushed without ruining the finish — this is the part that takes the time.
Finished & handed over
Edges sanded, gold set, gloss coat on. We send you a photo before it leaves, then arrange pickup from Ramnagar or delivery.

Gifting — questions we get asked
I need something by this weekend. Can you do it?
Message us and ask — but understand what you are asking. Resin has to cure fully before it can be sanded, gold-set and coated, and that time is fixed by the material, not by how busy we are. Sometimes a small piece fits a short deadline and sometimes nothing will. We will give you a straight answer rather than take the order and hand you something tacky.
What should I get if I do not know what they like?
A coaster set or a tray. Both go in any home, neither depends on taste in the way wall art does, and both can still carry a name or a date so it is clearly personal. For a new home specifically, a nameplate is the safest and most-used gift we make.
Can you make a hamper with a few pieces together?
Yes. A tray with a matching coaster set is the most common combination, and keychains or a small trinket dish can be added. Tell us the occasion and roughly what you want to spend and we will put a combination to you.
Can I see things before I order?
Yes, and we would encourage it for anything large. We are at Ramnagar Municipal School, behind the New Ramnagar Police Station in Gondia. Message us on WhatsApp first so someone is there with the finishes out.
Do you gift-wrap?
Tell us it is a gift when you order and we will finish and pack it accordingly. If you need a particular wrap, a card, or the piece handed over somewhere specific, say so at the start rather than on the day.
Do you deliver outside Gondia city?
Yes — tell us where you are and we will sort it out. We regularly send pieces around Gondia district, including Tirora, Goregaon, Amgaon, Deori, Salekasa, Arjuni Morgaon and Sadak Arjuni, and we can arrange courier further afield to Bhandara, Nagpur and Balaghat. Resin pieces are packed to travel, but anything with glass or a delicate gold edge is better collected from Ramnagar if you are nearby.

Resin is poured and cured by hand, so colour, flow and gold-leaf placement vary slightly from piece to piece. That variation is what makes each one yours, and it is not a defect. Sizes, finishes and lead time for a custom order are confirmed in writing before we begin.
