Craftsvilla Studio
A handmade resin art studio in Ramnagar, Gondia. Everything we make is made to order, with your name on it.
Our story
Where art meets shine
Craftsvilla Studio started from a simple observation: the gifts people actually keep are the ones with their name on them. Everything else ends up in a cupboard. So we make the ones that get kept. The Nikah Nama that hangs in a new couple's first home. The nameplate screwed to the door the day a family moves in. The coasters that come out when visitors arrive. The keychain carried in a pocket every day for years. We work in epoxy resin because it is the only material that lets us do this properly. Pigment, gold leaf and real dried flowers are suspended inside it rather than printed on top, and then sealed under a hard, glass-clear finish. It gives depth that nothing printed can match, and it means a piece made in Gondia today should still look like this in a decade. It is a small studio and the work is slow. Every piece is mixed, poured, left to cure, sanded, gold-set and gloss-coated by hand. There is no production line here, no shelf of ready stock, and no two pieces that came out the same. That is the trade-off, and we think it is the right one.

How we work
Four things we hold ourselves to
Nothing starts until you approve it
Every name, date and line of text is typed back to you and confirmed before a drop is poured.
No shortcut on the cure
Resin sets on its own schedule. We will turn an order down rather than hand over a piece that has not set.
Straight answers
If your date is too tight, or resin is wrong for where it is going, we will say so at the start.
You can come and look
We are a real studio in Ramnagar, not a page. Message us and come see the finishes in person.
What we make
What we make
Six categories, all of them made to order.
How it works
How to work with us
Start with a message. Everything after that is us checking details with you until it is right.
Tell us the idea
Send a WhatsApp with what you want made, who it is for and the occasion. A screenshot or a photo of something you liked helps more than a paragraph.
Spelling & details
Give us the exact spelling of every name, the date if there is one, and any text that has to appear. We will type it back to you to check before anything is poured.
Size & finish
Pick a finish and a size. If you are matching a room or an existing piece, send a photo of it and we will work to that.
We confirm
You get the final design details and the price in writing, and we agree a date. Nothing starts until you say yes.
Poured and cured
The piece is poured by hand and then left to cure. Resin sets on its own schedule and cannot be rushed without ruining the finish — this is the part that takes the time.
Finished & handed over
Edges sanded, gold set, gloss coat on. We send you a photo before it leaves, then arrange pickup from Ramnagar or delivery.
Questions
About the studio
Where exactly in Gondia are you?
Craftsvilla Studio is at Ramnagar Municipal School, behind the New Ramnagar Police Station, Ramnagar, Gondia, Maharashtra. Message us on WhatsApp before you come so we can make sure someone is there and have the finishes out for you to look at.
Can I visit before I order?
Yes, and for anything larger than a keychain we would rather you did. Photographs never show gold leaf properly — it changes as you move past it, and a screen cannot do that. Message us on WhatsApp first so somebody is at the studio with the finishes out.
Is a cured resin piece safe to have around the house?
Yes. The care and ventilation precautions that apply to epoxy belong to the pouring stage, in the studio, not to the finished object. Once it has fully cured it is a hard, inert, sealed solid — which is exactly why we will not hand over a piece before the cure is complete.
Why is every piece different?
Because it is poured rather than printed. The pigment moves through the resin as it settles and the gold leaf lands where it lands, so the veining is never repeated. Two coasters poured from the same cup in the same minute will not match exactly. If you need absolute uniformity, resin is the wrong material and we will tell you that.
