Bring us an idea. We will tell you honestly if we can make it
Everything that leaves this studio is made to order. Here is exactly how that works, what we need from you, and the one part of the process that cannot be rushed.

How it works
The six steps, start to finish
Most of this is us checking details with you. The waiting is the resin, not us.
Tell us the idea
Send a WhatsApp with what you want made, who it is for and the occasion. A screenshot or a photo of something you liked helps more than a paragraph.
Spelling & details
Give us the exact spelling of every name, the date if there is one, and any text that has to appear. We will type it back to you to check before anything is poured.
Size & finish
Pick a finish and a size. If you are matching a room or an existing piece, send a photo of it and we will work to that.
We confirm
You get the final design details and the price in writing, and we agree a date. Nothing starts until you say yes.
Poured and cured
The piece is poured by hand and then left to cure. Resin sets on its own schedule and cannot be rushed without ruining the finish — this is the part that takes the time.
Finished & handed over
Edges sanded, gold set, gloss coat on. We send you a photo before it leaves, then arrange pickup from Ramnagar or delivery.
What to send us
Five things that make this go smoothly
You do not need all of it in the first message. But the more of this we have, the faster you get a real answer instead of more questions.
Exact spelling
Type out every name and word as it must appear. Do not leave us to guess an initial or an accent.
The date you need it
Say this first. It decides whether the rest of the conversation is worth having.
Size or a photo of the space
A photo of the wall, door or table with something in frame for scale beats a measurement.
A reference you liked
A screenshot or a photo of a style you want. Far more useful than describing a colour in words.
Roughly what you want to spend
Not awkward, just practical. It tells us what size and how much detail to quote.

The honest bit
What we will and will not do
We will make almost anything that can be poured. Names, dates, verses, logos, preserved flowers, photographs sealed under resin, colour-matched to a room — all normal requests here. We will not promise a date that the material cannot meet. Epoxy resin cures on its own schedule. Rushing it gives you a tacky surface, trapped bubbles and a piece that will dull within months, and that is not something we will hand over with our name on it. If your date is too tight, we will tell you at the start rather than after you have paid. We will not pour text we have not had confirmed in writing. Every name, date and line of text goes back to you to approve before anything starts, because once resin has cured, a spelling mistake cannot be fixed — the piece has to be made again from scratch. And we will tell you when resin is the wrong answer. A nameplate on a gate in full afternoon sun, a piece that needs to be identical to another made months ago, a design that needs sharp machine-cut precision — sometimes the honest answer is that something else would serve you better.
Confirmed in writing
Design, size, finish and price agreed before we begin. No surprises later.
No rushed cures
We will refuse a date before we will hand over a piece that has not set.
Straight answers
If we cannot do it well, you will hear that instead of a maybe.
Design chat
Book a time to talk it through
For a bigger piece — a wall commission, a wedding order, a bulk return-gift list — it is easier to talk than to type. Pick a time and we will call you, or come to the studio in Ramnagar and see the finishes in person.

Questions
Custom orders — questions we get asked
How long does a custom piece take?
It depends on the size and how much detail is in it, and we will give you a date when we confirm the order. What we will not do is quote a standard turnaround, because the honest answer is that the pour takes an afternoon and the cure takes as long as it takes. Tell us your deadline in the first message and we will work backwards from it.
Do you take an advance?
Terms are agreed in writing with the design before we start, so you will know exactly what is being asked and when. Because every piece is made to one person's name and date, a custom piece cannot be resold if an order is abandoned — which is why we confirm everything up front rather than afterwards.
Can I change the design after I have approved it?
Before we pour, yes — tell us as soon as you can. After it is poured, no. Cured resin cannot be edited; the piece would have to be made again from the start. This is exactly why we send the text and design back to you to approve, and why we would rather you took an extra day over that step than rushed it.
Can you copy a design I have seen online?
We can work in that style, and we would rather you sent the reference than tried to describe it. We will not reproduce another studio's signature piece or anything carrying someone else's branding — but the colours, the layout and the feel of something you liked, yes, and made to your names.
Can you set a photograph into resin?
Yes, that is a regular request. Send the highest-quality version of the image you have, not a screenshot of it from WhatsApp. Print quality is decided entirely by the file you give us.
Where exactly in Gondia are you?
Craftsvilla Studio is at Ramnagar Municipal School, behind the New Ramnagar Police Station, Ramnagar, Gondia, Maharashtra. Message us on WhatsApp before you come so we can make sure someone is there and have the finishes out for you to look at.
Do you deliver outside Gondia city?
Yes — tell us where you are and we will sort it out. We regularly send pieces around Gondia district, including Tirora, Goregaon, Amgaon, Deori, Salekasa, Arjuni Morgaon and Sadak Arjuni, and we can arrange courier further afield to Bhandara, Nagpur and Balaghat. Resin pieces are packed to travel, but anything with glass or a delicate gold edge is better collected from Ramnagar if you are nearby.
Start with one message
What you want, who it is for, and when you need it. That is enough for us to tell you whether we can do it.
